^Not if he's done for the season too. I like Isiah's approach on this. He's not using this as an excuse not to make the playoffs. Some of Crawford's best attributes were his scoring ability of course, his knack for hitting the big shot, and he can run the offense well at times, especially when it means getting the ball down to Curry. But he is still only shooting 40% from the field, so that means we can get more quality shots in his absence. This should also make our perimeter defense better since Crawford has been terrible on that side of the floor. We'll see a lot more Nate Robinson and Balkman in his place, which definitely isn't a bad thing. I just want the team to be mentally prepared since the second leading scorer is out. Crawford's production is definitely replaceable; the team just needs to realize it. And a loss to Boston is unacceptable, especially since the Nets won yesterday.
This definately hurts the Knick's playoff chances. They lose a big spark plug who can score from anywhere. I think losing him and Francis puts an even bigger burden on Marubry.

^^I don't know about that, the Knicks are a very talented group who are capable of making a run during the season. Losing Crawford who is a big scorer definately hurts though.

lol, expectations through the roof? The knicks were exceeded expectations when they won 20 games in my mind, everything else is just a luxory in terms of improvement.
We were expected to win 30 games max and are 3 games from exceeeding that. We don't even have any nationally televised games on ESPN, TNT, ABC, etc.
