If I had a choice I'd go with Kevin Garnett. Why? Because he's a hardworker, respectful (off the court), honest, and most of all LOYAL to a tee.

Can this be a player who wasn't born in the U.S.? If so than maybe Emeka Okafor. He's smart and levelheaded. We don't know much about players off the court to make that decision though.

Can't go wrong with the Diesel. He'd be the most intimidating president of all time.

Anyone but Arenas..we'd be at war all the time. I think Shaq would be cool or Shane Battier.

shane battier. i would have said d wade, but he recently said that he isnt much of a (vocal) leader, and thats obvioulsy important when it comes to being president. other than those two, i'd say tim duncan.

Alonzo Mourning, by far one of the most respected people in the NBA, he has dominated in the range of several million dollars to charity.

Lol, hed have shooting competitions. All our soldiers shoot with blindfolds on, all yours shoot like that!

How come 3 of the would-be presidents seem to be from the heat? Hmm...

I think id go with Emeka too, hes levelheaded and would be a good leader.

I have a friend who knows KG and has talked with him.... he's cool, but dumb as a rock. (according to my friend.)

I would say Ray Allen off the top of my head.

I don't know what makes a good president, but if I think of it as, who would I like to be my boss, personality-wise, probably Duncan or Dikembe.

Who do I think would do the best job of organizing, leading, etc. I dunno, because I never see that side of nba players. If ex-players can be included, then maybe Larry Bird or Jerry West, because they are GMs. Not Kevin McHale though.
