    I can't take any article seriously that mentions Chris Webber as a possible MVP candidate.

    You guys misinterpreted it. It's not saying Webber's in the actual MVP race, but rather that he has been the MVP of the East since the end of the first trimester (which I think was around Christmas time) till now. It's not a really bad point either, since the Pistons have surged due to the arrival of CWebb. His play has also been great,
