You could try TVU Player or Sopcast which do show NBA Games but it could be anyone. There are also places to download some of the Bulls games via torrents.
I'm sure some Italian cable and/or pay networks must carry NBA games. Though you can't bet on them to carry many Bulls games these days that is likely your best bet for now. Be sure to stick around the Bulls forum too!
TVUPlayer doesnt carry any NBA at all anymore, unless you're lucky to catch a game every now and then on Star Sports on there.
