The following article spells it out.

    Goodbye, Matt?

Also mentioned is How Daunte's condition affected the trade.

The last paragraph (see below) is priceless IMO.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The funny part is that in trading for Feeley and Rosenfels, former Dolphins general manager Rick Spielman and coach Dave Wannstedt gave up second- and seventh-round picks for two guys who had seven games of experience between them. To get the current three, the Dolphins gave up a second and two sixths. They got three quarterbacks with a combined three Pro Bowl appearances and 139 games of experience.</div>

Common sense dictates that Millen should have never been hired, so OF COURSE he should be fired.

As a Packers fan, however, I have to say MILLEN FOREVER!

He is the worse GM I think in NFL History. He took over a team that was on the verge of breaking into the playoffs and turned them into a dump full of a talent.

OF COURSE HE SHOULD BE FIRED.... hes a f**king dumbass

i can't express how stupid Millen is as a GM that article sums it up well but it should be a little more vulgar lol

and its so funny after reading this article that Zach believes Millen is up for GM of the year after trading Harrington... that sounds so f**king ridiculous. The guy is an idiot and i'm really glad i'm not a Lions fan thats all i have to say

EDIT: i edited my language my bad

Other than the language, I agree.

I can't recall; is Doormatt the nimrod that used the #3 overall pick on Joey? If so, that hardly qualifies for Executive of the year.

You can only get depreciation like that from a Ford or at Ford Field.

HAHAHAHA. Always nice when you manage to turn your #3 overall into a 5th or 6th rd pick 5 years later. If he had made that deal on draft day, i think i would only be marginally surprised
