<div class="quote_poster">Quoting huevonkiller:</div><div class="quote_post">Uh what? I said I (Le huevonkiller) wouldn't dislike the guy if he hadn't won the MVP. He kept it, so I'm pissed. Unreasonable? Hmm maybe a bit. But why do you dislike LeBron?</div> Absolutely unreasonable. I don't think any NBA player would give back an award that they may not have deserved because, frankly, they don't pay attention to every player's stats and the MVP race as closely as we do. But, irrational hate is part of being a sports fan, so I can't really fault you. My original list consisted of players I genuinely don't like. But there's a whole lot of players I dislike, because of their fans, media coverage, etc.
If Gerald Green is ever a superstar, he would be at the top of my list (not because of his game). I also hate Steve Nash because he such a great facilitator and distributer, looks for the best scoring option on the court and passes the ball too much. Ugh, how much I hate him...

It's like saying you don't like someone at school because he has a lot of friends. That sort of dislike is rooted in jealousy. It's disliking someone for what they have and not what they are.</div> These are two very different situations. If your unwarrantedly being considered better than many other players, then your overrated. Perhaps a better example is saying I don't like someone at school because he paid many people to be his friends or something of that nature. It's not like I don't like Steve Nash as person or as a player, I just don't like all the hype surrounding him.

Bottom line is, like it or not, Nash is the definition of Most Valuable Player.
I don't really dislike any superstar really, I have no opinion on the ones that I don't like, I just recognize that they are good players. I don't understand why people dislike AI for getting out of Philly either. Especially when it's definitely Billy King's fault, you can tell it's the last thing Allen wanted to happen.

"Steve Nash-he looks like the type of guy you see on the news for stalking 13 year old girls." Lets keep this thread civil and non insulting. Overall, I'd have to say I dislike Ron Artest.

Or the thug persona? Cause Carmelo is a pretty humble guy. And his game is so entertaining to watch, along with Dirk he is the most entertaining PF to watch in the league. The spin moves in the paint are sick.
1. Gilbert Arenas - Thinks too much of himself. It's one thing having confidence, but it's another having too much of it. He's an ASS!!#@. 2. Ron Artest - Not much explanation needed. 3. Sam Casell - I don't consider him a "superstar" but I just have to mention him. This guy thinks he's the best player in the league. 4. Tim Duncan - Nothing really against the guy, but watching him makes me fall asleep. 5. Steve Nash - He makes me dizzy after seeing him run around in circles all the time.
vince carter. flying crybaby. i remember when kobe got 81, vince was so jealous, he was tryin to down play kobes game, sayin that he's a chucker and anyone could have got 81 if they shot heaps of shots like kobe, even when vince has about the same FG attempts as kobe. nate robinson is my most hated person of all time, but he's not a star so yeah, he is just like ron artest accept he is 5'7"
I can't say I dislike any of the superstars based on their game (that's why they're superstars after all; they're great players). Just based on personality, I have to say that LeBron seems very dull and distant. Anyone else get that vibe from him? It seems like he has a great comradarie with his teammates, though.
