This game sees the 35-25 Cleveland Cavaliers take on the 37-21 Detroit Pistons at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Prediction
Since October 2003, the Cavaliers and the Pistons have met 21 times. The Cavaliers have won 8 games, averaging 81.8 points across the 21, whilst the Pistons have won 13, averaging 86.4 points. LeBron James averages 24.2 points, 7 rebounds and 5.9 assists against the Pistons. It should no doubt be a fascinating matchup in what has become a strong Eastern Conference rivalry. Both teams want to win this game in order to catapult their momentum in order to try to secure the Central Division title. In this sense, the Cavaliers need the win more than the Pistons but, make no mistake, the Pistons will still want the W just as much as the Cavs. I predict a close game that will go right down to the wire, that the Pistons will win in the clutch.

This was a real interesting game. Lebron played amazing to get them into overtime. But I was more impressed with his play in OT. He played great D (awesome block) and didn't really need to score to impact the game.

Mike Brown running off the court after Lebron's disallowed 3 was hilarious.

It's becoming more and more evident that when LeBron really wants to win, he can. Watching that game it's as if he simply did whatever he wanted, when he wanted to. Missing the buzzer beater by a fraction of a second must have angered him, because what in OT we basically saw how a king should rule his kingdom. 4 terrible calls against the cavs in the 4th, and they still come out on top. Nice win.

Looks like LeBron has that 'pep in his step' again. 51% shooting, 33.1 PPG, 6.0 RPG, 5.3 APG in his past 10 games, and Cleveland has won 4 of 5.
