I think its safe to say that everyone in raptorland is definatly thinking post season. But if you take a look at the standings, there is no really good possible matchup. I doubt that the Raps can catch the surging Cavs, so second is out of the question. The raps can catch the Wiz, but either or the Raps would play the Heat or the Bulls. We definatly don't wanna play the Heat, especially if Wade makes it back for the playoffs. Shaq + Wade = Early exit for the raps. Even though the Raps won that great game in Chicago a few weeks ago to break a terrible streak, they haven't traditionally matched up well against the Bulls. Both draws scare me....ANy thoughts?
My dream scenario is that Miami overtakes Washington to get that division seed and we get the 3rd spot. I really don't want to face Chicago in the playoffs, but Washington would be a real good matchup and I wouldn't mind facing Indiana.
I just want Miami to catch up to Washington and overtake them in the standings. I think the best scenario would be to draw Washington or Chicago.
Most important for us right now is for our guys to get some playoff experience this year. Everything else would be a bonus for me.

When the raps get to the playoffs, Bosh will finally get the same respect as Wade, LBJ, and MELO. I dont want Miami in the first round. Anyother team, im confident we'll take care of them.

Carmelo and LeBron don't have rings. Considering the standings right now, we'd face New York in the first round right?
<div class="quote_poster">PHENOMENON Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Carmelo and LeBron don't have rings. Considering the standings right now, we'd face New York in the first round right?</div> As of right now we would play Chicago and Detroit would play New York.
Chicago in the first round would be tough for us. I like our chances against Miami better, even though they have a heck of alot more experience in big playoff games with the players that they have right now. Finals is out of the question, let's focus on the first round first, lol.
I don't want to play Miami or Chicago in the first round lol. If Miami has Wade (even a not perfectly rehabbed Wade), I would definitely rather face Chicago. If Miami doesn't have Wade, then I'm not sure who I'd want to face.

Any team that has a defender that can easily handle bosh 1-on-1 makes our life hell. Of the other teams in the playoffs right now ... I think we match up decent against: Washington, Indiana, and NY. Clevland would give us problems. We'd get handled by a Detroit.
I'd love to end up with Washington in the first round. It would be a good series. I also agree that we would probably get out-rebounded if facing Miami, but I like our chances regardless. I just hope if we end up playing them that Dwayne Wade will be out until at least the fourth of fifth games, even better the whole series.

I said I'd rather play them over Chicago ... although it's pretty close. Both teams would give us big problems.
Haslem, Shaq and Mourning can all guard Bosh and can all give him trouble on the boards. I'd rather just face Ben Wallace
