Tonight the Bulls will face the Boston Celtics wearing sinfully ugly green uniforms to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Nice choice to do so against the Boston Celtics. People who aren't familiar with the NBA or just getting into it will turn on the game and may end up being more confused then the foul rules will confuse them. Wonderful. Anyway, the Bulls have a rather weak opposition schedule coming up following the Celtics. The only real promising team that could cause trouble is Denver. However, they've been rather disapointing, well let's go ahead and say they've been quite shamefully disapointing since the Allen Iverson trade. The point is, if we can continue with the wins, we could catch up fast in the standings and put some pressure on the top teams going into the Playoffs. Pre Game is at 7:00 pm CST on Comcast Sportsnet Chicago. The game starts at 7:30 pm CST.

Those jerseys are man. I mean if you want to get in the holiday spirit, have a shot or something. Don't wear ugly jerseys.
You know it's weird when mid way through the fourth the top 3 scorers for Chicago are Deng - 18, Tyrus - 18 and Wallace - 15. And Wallace has taken 18 shots. Who says we have no inside presence.

It worked well to contain Hinrich and Gordon, but Thomas and Wallace took advantage of the defensive scheme. Thomas especially took advantage, because like you guys know, he's an extremely active player with amazing athleticism so he's going to kill you if you don't keep a body on him.
This looks like a picture from an intersquad scrimmage. Fugly. And why is the Bull red? You might as well make that green too.
To any of you that didn't have the opportunity to watch this game, it was truly the breakout for Tyrus Thomas. He dominated in this game once his confidence built up. He just owned on the offensive end, though his free throw shooting could use some drastic work IMO. Some of those dunks were the best I've seen in a long time. Great offensive game for Wallace, well, not counting that he missed so many shots. lol I also liked Hinrich's contribution as he was quiet on the offensive end, but played aggressively as always on defense. Nice hard work on that end for Kirk. Also Noce could be back sometime in early April before the season ends. That's great news for our bench, which hasn't been too great lately. Thankfully Tyrus had a stellar game with a new career high at the end of the day. Good game, though I felt Boston could've done better despite Pierce's tired form. As for the jerseys, I swear that at least three times did I forget who was wearing what and ended up cheering for the whites by accident. That's bad, why face the Celtics and use your green holiday jerseys? Couldn't it have waited a bit? I would think so.

Good game, especially for T-Time. Big Ben shot a little too much but had 19 and 16 so pretty good game.
