If you're not watching, you are missing one of the best games of the year. Dallas looked like it was going to cruise to a W, but Nash brought the Suns back, and it looks like they will take it in 2OT. Dirk is good, but Nash is better. Period. He is the MVP of this league. Dirk just made some awful decisions down the stretch and Nash took advantage.

Wow wow wow! that was one of the best games in a long time. Nash made a huge push for his 3rd straight MVP tonight (IMO) Especially with him making the 3ptr to force OT, and then Dirk missing a shot to tie to force a triple OT. Big win for the suns tonight!

Yeah, that game was totally nuts. I can't think of a game that I've seen in the last couple years that can compare to that.

Wait a second guys, the Mavs still get to play the Suns on April 1st. That is the last hope for Dirk to dethrone Nash of his MVP (in the Media's eyes at least; Dirk has a more accomplished body of work this year).

Yes I know Dirk missed a GW FT but he did hit the other GW FG in there previous meeting. MVP voters are so lazy and will probably forget this latter fact.

Yeah the Nets game was insane, I loved this game, but the Suns/Nets game was better in my mind.

Amare was a beast, I'm so glad he didn't get into foul trouble after those first two. I liked that he hit some outside shots, he's been working hard since his rookie year on his outside shot, a lot of people who don't see the Suns often don't know it but he can hit those 15, 16, 17 footers if they leave him open.

Nash was Nash, he scored a bit more than normal but that is the same guy we've got to see for nearly 3 years now. I think he only missed one shot while Dirk defended him, he really took advantage of that mismatch.

Diaw has been unimpressive all year, especially after last year. I know Amare plays his position and gets all the touches, but he has struggled as a playmaker, something he was good at last year... he really needs to learn to be a Nash-like playmaker or play without the ball like Marion does.

Barbosa and Marion were average, though Marion's defense was really key, Phoenix was out of the game in the 4th then Marion came back in and he was a huge reason for their late surge.

Did somebody on the Suns smack Stackhouse's mom? I haven't seen him play that well since... ever! Jason Terry also played out of his mind, but he usually does against Phoenix. What kind of defense can you play on a guy who swishes 27 footers with 2 hands in his face? If Jerry or Jason had as many shots as Dirk, Dallas would've won that game, they were hot and I'm thankful they didn't keep feeding them.

I can't wait for them to meet in the Playoffs, it'll be epic!

Well if the season ended today and after seeing last nights game. My vote would go to Nash for MVP. Awesome game to watch. Nash made plays and scored the ball when the game was on the line. MVP performance from him last night.

Yea after last night I would have to take Nash as MVP, but then again they still have one game to go and that will probably be the difference maker for most people on who should be MVP.

Guys, one game doesn't determine an MVP. Nash was great, but the Suns wouldn't have won this game without 41 points from Amare and some great athletic, hustle plays from Marion.

Alot of people have Dirk and Nash even for the MVP race, what could change their mind is how they perform in a game against one another. I think the last game will be more of a factor on who becomes MVP though. I think whoever has the biggest game and steps up big in the final minutes will turn people to pick them for MVP. At least it will for me considering they are both good candidates for MVP in my eyes.

There was a very good game between 2 teams ya know. I'll gladly join your MVP talks in about 18-19 games in a thread about MVPs, but for now let's comment on how great that game was and how a series between these 2 is going to be amazing.
