My birthday is coming up soon, and my parents are all over me about a present. I thought about getting a PSP, but I don't know. I wasn't a big fan of it before, but my opinion has changed now. So should I?

However I don't mind hearing some other present suggestions.

I was about to post the same exact thing as 44.

Get something else. I thought it was going to be awesome even though everyone told me otherwise and I got it for Christmas. It now sits in my room collecting dust. Get something that you'll use for more than a month and then get sick of.

I was about to buy my friends and didn't because it got boring too fast. So don't get one. It'll be boring too quickly even though there are a lot of things to do on there. Buy something else like a game for whatever system you have. Or just get some money and buy clothes/shoes or something.

Well it could get boring depending on how many and which games you have. Obviously if you have like 2 games that aren't that fun, then you're going to get bored. But if you end up getting a lot of games then I don't see how you can get that bored.

Well if you can get a "big", at-home system then skip the PSP for sure. A Wii, PS3 or a 360 I'd take in a heartbeat. It seems I'm the only one here satisfied with my PSP, but pick what you like best. For example, 44 also likes to sit in his room and look at his reflection in the mirror. What he thinks and does shouldn't affect your decision. That's my 2 cents, anyways.

And I have to decide in the next few hours.

Btw, how long does a PSP last before it needs to be recharged?

No. Video games get boring really fast. Get like shoes, or the 80gb ipod. Or a new Cher CD.
