Big setback for our team. But his health is more important. I wish him a speedy recovery. Hopefully we'll have him for the playoffs. Would be interesting to see how the rest of the bench MOB respond now.
Oh wow... oh wow... oh wow... this is just kife, huge setback, and I'm pissed. There better be someone who can step up in his absence... Oh my god....
Well it's not like he blew out his knee or anything so it's nothing long term. But it really sucks that we're going to be missing one of our most valuable players for the next month.
As long as hes back for playoffs thats good. At least we know he wont have a risk of injury before playoffs start
2-4 weeks seems like an optimistic time table. Chris Simms' had the exact same surgery for the Tampa Bay Bucaneers and he didn't return to the team at all during the season. Although the circumstances have some differences so maybe that affected the timetable??/ eg. football contact vs. basketball contact or the serverity of the damage i think Simms' appendix actually burst when he took the hit.

I was working the Raps game and a drunk fan told me about. I was really skeptical, but I saw Bargs wasnt in the lineup and it was later confirmed.
It really hurts the team that he is gone. He is a huge part of 2nd unit and can really light it up. Let's hope for a speedy recovery and that he WILL be back for the playoffs. Will this wreck his chances for Rookie of the Year?
Bad news, but Bargnani will be back from it, as long as we have him for the playoffs im happy. He was significant part to our team but atleast this will give other guys a chance to step up.
