Francis used to really play ball back then...he was a rising superstar...until he was traded and lost Cato. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XC-cLfRkvQ Annoying as hell song, but a video of the old Francis.
I'll say Gilbert Arenas (Hibachi? what does that mean again?)Kobe Bryant(for obvious reasons), Vince Carter (I just get that impression), and Rasheed Wallace.

And Kobe is one of those guys who likes to throw elbows because he's being defended. Examples: Ginobli, the other guy, and Korver. He needs to watch the Bows man.
For those of you who have not seen any of the Florida Gators, get ready, when they hit the NBA, albeit destined for bench roles, they'll likely be the most obnoxious players to play in the league in years, especially Joakim Noah. They feel entitled to a lot more than they're entitled to, and they bang their chest, do stupid dances, and get in the opponent's faces after making uncontested layups in the first half. They transcended passion and became arrogance some time around last year, and they've only gotten worse since.

Their whole team is cocky...
Larry Bird. Before a 3pt contest, I do not recall which specifc year, but Bird said this to the whole locker room of 3pt contestants.. "Who's gonna shoot for second?" And Bird wins the 3pt in his sleep.
He might not be the most arrogant, but I feel the need to vent over a certain player who thought he was better than he was. His name: Lamond Murray. The pompous son of a bitch plays like amonkey's ass for the Raptors while they are feeding him about 5 million a year and give him a starter's spot. He then goes and whines and pouts the entire fucking season after he gets benched for blowing so much ass with that dumb mopey face on him all the time. Just needed to vent about someone who thought they were better than they actually are.
Gilbert Arenas is easily the most cockiest and arrogant. All he cares about is himself. If his team wins by 50 points, and he only scores 2 points he would be upset and angry. He is a PG, and he always hogs the ball. He couldnt care less about his team, he just wants to do well and score.
I think it's okay to be cocky if you can back things up. Just don't go out and say you're going to score 50 and end up scoring nine points shooting 3-15

If a big man like Oden can show him up, just imagine Shaq. Someone is going to shut him up in the NBA. Maybe Kobe...
