    McNair won his grievance after being barred by the team and not allowed to work out @ team facilities.

    The catch is McNair must submit to a physical by the Titans.

    I believe this means McNair to the Ravens is 1 step closer.

    Titans traded McNair to the Ravens pending if McNair passes a physical. Believed to be for a 07 4th round pick.
