    it looks like flags of heaps of different countries, and the circle logo is a basketball globe thingy, so maybe its something to do with world championships or something

    They were talking about this during the Golden State game, its for some Latin America thing. Not quite sure exactly what, but they mentioned something about Latin America. Its not a permanent jersey, it's like a one night thing.

    The emblem says Noche Latina or Latin Night so I guess it was just a one night thing like Iggy said.
