<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> MIAMI ? Three weeks ago Monday, Heat guard Dwyane Wade sat in the interview room at AmericanAirlines Arena and announced plans "to rehab for the next two to three weeks and see if I have the strength and the confidence in my shoulder to play at a high level."

Apparently, three weeks was just an estimate, as Wade continued his therapy Monday on his dislocated left shoulder and coach Pat Riley was unable to offer an update.

"There's been no discussion about when," Riley said of a possible return of his scoring leader, sidelined since going down Feb. 21 in Houston. "There isn't any, `Well, it's going to be next week' or anything like that."

The Heat has 12 games and 24 days left in its regular season.

"If he's going to come back," Riley said, "if it can happen where he's going to come back and play, then you want to have probably, at least, I would say, three or four games under your belt and a good week of practice."

Amid what had been optimism about a Wade return, Riley was asked about his use of "if."

"I'm just throwing it out there," Riley said, "because I want everybody to understand that there's that possibility, that if it doesn't go the way it should go, there's a possibility he might not. That's why I don't want to rush things."</div>
