Do you guys really believe Doc Rivers deserved to be fired by the Magic? I think the Orlando roster that year and the year before was one of the most untalented rosters of all-time. I actually thought he overachieved with that team, he just had nothing left to work with after the horrible Mike Miller deal and the decline of Darrell Armstrong. I always thought that Hills contract and a horrible front office were the major reason for the team falling apart.

I would much rather of had him coaching us then Johnny Davis those 2 years and more than Brian Hill this year. We had a horrible roster I completely agree, but he wasn't producing for us at all and he seemed to lose the team(or Tmac) like Hill is doing now.
WHAT THE HELL!!???!? absolutely pathetic game last night... it's so hard to swallow this **** these days... why can't they just put together a solid game against a shitty team and win like everyone else does in the NBA? they aren't even playoff worthy... what the hell makes any fan think that if they DO make the playoffs it will be anything less of a huge embarrassment? There's no way they will win on the road to start off a series and that will then turn it into a SWEEP. I'm so sick of being hopeful.. the Magic are the most ridiculous team in the NBA, and by that I mean that they have no idea what the hell they are doing... horrible offense, no one is clutch, TO's, poor free throw shooting.... all we have is defense, and even that is inconsistent. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... this offseason it is time to bring in a legitimate scoring threat, no more messing around... bring someone in that can win us some games!

McGrady seemed more frustrated about the lack of talent around him, which had nothing to do with Doc. I also wouldn't be able to understand why Tracy could be frustrated by him because Doc pretty much let him jack up any shot he wanted to. I mean, they had Shawn Kemp, Jeryl Sasser, Jacques Vaughn and Andrew DeClerq as major parts of the rotation. What coach could do any better with that? I just think firing a coach is a way for a bad GM to buy time for himself. I don't think you can blame Doc for the poor performance because I don't think another coach could have gotten any more out of that roster.

With the way we started the season, we expected to somewhat keep it. We have 2 Top 2 picked big man and neither get the ball. Darko doesn't even start anymore or really get significant time. Turkoglu has been worse than expected and Jameer has been pretty bad as well. Ariza's been good, JJ has played more than I expected. To me we have a lot of young talent plus veteran leadership in Battie and Hill. Not to mention Hill is still healthy this deep in a season for the first time in his Magic tenure. There's no reason why we should not be higher than we are.
