With the rumors of Billy Donovan taking over the reigns as the Heat's coach next year, how do Heat fans feel about that?
not that i want riley to leave, but if he were to i'd probably say donvan is the best option for coach. i like his style, and clearly he knows what hes doing considering he just won a title and might do it agin soon.
NOOO! I know Donovan is great, but not at the professional level. I wan't a proven NBA coach that could come in and help us. With our team a guy like Donovan would't work becuase he hasn't proven himself, that's why Riley works so well with us. I think Larry Brown is going to get the job. Look out for Eric Spoelstra as well I think he is the guy Riley wants to be replaced with.
I think he's going to Kentucky, it's his dream job. After the Fab 4 leave he's got nothing but Nick Calathes, Mareese Speiks, and Walter Hodge. I like the Kentucky job becuase they are going to have some good talent returning next year as well even though losing Randolph Morris hurts.
I can`t see Donovan making the jump to the NBA. I would look at my options first. I wonder if any players vow to stay, then he`ll stay...
