<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">CHARLOTTE ? It?s become fashionable in NBA circles recently to link potential free agent coach Sam Mitchell to the Charlotte Bobcats? upcoming coaching vacancy. The New York Post did so last Sunday and were followed the next day by a pair of Toronto newspapers, the Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star. It?s a move that would be welcomed by Bobcats players, even as they wonder if Mitchell would be available or even interested. ?It?s a young team here,? Charlotte guard Derek Anderson said of Mitchell, whose three-year, $4.9 million contract with Toronto expires at season?s end. ?He might work better with a veteran team, so coming here may not be something he?d want to do.? Added forward Emeka Okafor: ?He seems like a good guy. Whoever the Bobcats feel is right for the position will be OK with me.? Added guard Brevin Knight: ?I think Sam is happy where he is. If Toronto didn?t want to keep him, I?m sure a lot of teams would be interested. I think he?s a good coach.?</div> Source-->Gaston Gazette
Whats your reasoning for that? Your a Raptors fan so you would know more about his situation then I would but I've read nothing but good things from him this season. I know he struggled early but he's done well lately. Is it largely Colangelo that brought on the big improvement?

He is likeable and makes his players work hard, but when it comes down to actual coaching, he is as dumb as a rock. He doesn't know when to call timeouts, he can't make adjustments, and he has very basic plays that are predictable. Infact, with a good coach such as Stan Van Gundy or Rick Adlemen, I think Toronto would've won close to 50 games this year.
