He starts off the song by saying that to earn respect you go up to the biggest guy in the room and knock him out, so he is going to go after everyone. Only thing he said about Pac and Big is "if i could id dig up Pac and Big and say **** you too".
I couldn't listen to the song because I didn't want to register, but your description reminds me of 50 Cent. I personally think that's lame.
