He was good in the beginning of the season and has slowly decreased his ability to play. Ever since Boone got minutes and performed no one has heard of little M-Will.

The kid has talent. But to be honest, I just see a lot of Marbury or even a Damon Stoudamire in him. He's a 2 in a PG's body. I see him going the same path as Marbury.

I would be extremely happy getting a Marbury like player for pick 21.

Sure talent wise you could be happy, but is it really good for a team?

Depends what the circimstances are for that team.

You guys got a great PG for the 21st pick. On draft night Williams was predicted to be a top 8 pick. You guys got a steal in this draft.

But I dont think Williams will turn out anything like Marbury anyway.

Why not right? That is if you don't have any other choice. Really now, these type of players don't go far. It's one thing to have talent, it's another to have it and be a team player.

Williams is a much better passer than Marbury. I have no idea why you would make a comparison like that? Its clear Williams is more unselfish than Marbury.

Actually, Marbury is a better passer. But as good as a passer as they are, both look for their shots first before passing. Give Williams a couple of more years and you'll see what I'm talking about. I'm not saying that Williams is not good, the kid actually is better than good. Both are talented players. But like I said, what's talent if you can't be a team player. [IMG]

    Define "Team Player" for me.

Gladly. One who is willing to sacrifice personal stats in exchange for winning. As simple as that. Marbury is not one and so is Williams.

    Ok.

I thought you were trying to say Williams never passes the ball or cant pass the ball.

Like I said. Both are great passers. But their mentality is shoot first, pass later.
