Prediction
Since 2003, including playoff games, the Cavs and the Pistons have met 22 times. The Cavs have won 9 games, averaging 82.7 points per game, whilst the Pistons have won 13, averaging 87.0 points. LeBron James averages 25 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists against the Pistons. It should be a wonderful game, showcasing two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference battling it out for the top seed. The Pistons currently have the upper hand, but this should force the Cavs to push harder than ever before to catch them. Ultimately, it will come down to how well the Pistons can shut LeBron James down, as LeBron’s play will dictate the Cavs’ play. The Cavs will have to rally around their young superstar, and hope that the supporting cast can do enough to turn thee game in their favour.
