Well since there is no game thread, I guess I'll start the thread. I like what I'm seeing from Luther though. Ever since hes gotten back, hes looked really sharp. Hopefully JVG plan to develop him into a point guard may pay off in 2 to 3 years. Remember this is his second year, so there is still room for growth. Another poor night for Rafer. He hasnt been playing well lately. Lastly, glad Tmac stepped up his game. I don't know how long it will take Bonzi to regain his form, but he doesnt look very good atm. He made some bone headed mistakes.
Bonzi did look terrible, but that's to be expected considering the layoff. I'd like him to continue to get some minutes in the remaining games, and hopefully he can develop some sort of rhythm. Neither Bonzi or Snyder played well today, and that's why they were both on the bench in the second half. Luther has been hot the last few games. You gain some offensive punch with him, but he's also a defensive liability.
Sorry guys I didnt make the game thread, I was busy.. Anyway, good game and good win and now on to the Sonics! I knew Bonzi wasn't going to have a good game in this one but hopefully he will tommorow since he gots so much rest, and T-Mac hopefully doesn't get sore overnight, same with Yao but nonetheless go Rockets and go Warriors (because they are playing the Utah Jazz)...
Great win down the stretch. God I hated Garcia for being so cocky after he made shots that I wanted to kick the TV. But then again, when you're so pumped up during a game, I guess you can't blame him. Bonzi was horrible. I'm sure its just a result of the pressure that he has to prove something to JVG with the little PT that hes getting.
Those are the remaining games of Utah Mon, Apr 9 at Golden State 10:30 pm Wed, Apr 11 Denver 9:00 pm Fri, Apr 13 at Dallas 8:30 pm Sat, Apr 14 Phoenix 9:00 pm Portland and then Houston Hopefully they can lost the next 4 I dunno bit I think we got a BIG chance of taking the homecourt

It very hard for a player to comeback after a layoff and produce instantly. I really don't understand JVG sitting him this long in the first place. He did look terrible last nite, as for the other game too. But the guy's gonna need minutes to get his legs back. I hope JVG realizes this
good win last night. Luther is catching fire at the right time, we'll definitely need him and Reefer to hit their open shots come playoff time.....
I wasn't too impressed with the win, actually. Sacramento is not a good team, and they didn't even play Bibby in the second half (when we finally pulled ahead). We had a full roster, and we should have blown them out. Instead, we needed a ridiculously good performance from T-Mac and a bunch of threes in the fourth just to pull it out.
^^^true, I meant a "good win" as in "I'm glad we won", but yeah it seems like we peaked too early in the season, because since the all-star break we've really only been an above average team, thank God the Jazz aren't playing their best ball right now either.
