    I'm thinking he's going to push for changes this offseason because this team is absolutely pathetic. If Mitch is still GM by next season, I'll puke. If his son, Jim has as much say as he still does, I'll puke. We need to give up whatever it takes for a Jermaine O'neal, Kevin Garnett, or Pau Gasol. We need that piece because Kobe's career is going to be cut short if he continues to take on this load season after season.
