I just can't stand it, what does everyone see in this team? They made one big move, a cancer of a wide receiver who has never been able to be the leader of a team let alone be responsible for himself. Espn has the cowboys going into the second round, you have got to be joking. They also have washington going into the playoffs which I can see as a possibility.

The giants never get any respect, is it just me or does every fan of every team feel that way?

Dallas also signed Jason Fabini to shore up there line, signed Marcus Coleman to bring stabillity to there safety situtation, have Demarcus Ware coming into his 2nd year, and drafted another of the most pro ready players in the Draft with Bobby Carpenter, Not to mention Bringing in the most cancerous yet most talented(arguably) Wide out in the game, They also brought in another pro ready draftee in Anthony Fasano who gives them a blocking and receiving threat in there new Two Tight end offense, not to mention the signing of Mike Vanderjact to help a pitiful kicking game last year.

Dallas could very well take the division this year.

Dallas and Washington are going to battle it out for the divsion. The other the wild card. Giants I think will come in 3rd and compete for the last Wild Card spot. Unless Eli has a "break out" season, Dallas and Washington are the favs in my opinion.

TO will have a good year too I bet. Dallas made some good moves. Their FS is still weak though.

Coleman does make it more efficient though, keep an eye on Pat Watkins from FSU though Im expecting big things from him.

The reason why the Cowboys are getting so much love from the media is simple - Parcells.

I wonder if the OL can give Drew enough time to get Turd Orifice the ball. If not...well ya'll know.

Washington's best move IMO was hiring Al Saunders to be the Off coord. Now, if Jason Campbell can win the QB battle then the 'skins will be division champs.

Its funny that everyone has written off the Eagles. FA & the draft went well. Their D will rebound. Philly has the least questions to answer in my mind.

I still wonder about the Jints OL & secondary. Eli will breakout. Its not like he doesn't have the weapons to do so.

Good points. I could see McChoke losing another NFC title game

Lets hope the cowboys dont start to lose becuase TO might do the same shit he did in the eagles and the 49ers. I dont think Bill Parcells will be able to control him once he starts to talk.

I find it funny that half of you have forgotten how single handily TO took the Eagles from a playoff team to the dumpster. I mean injuries helped out towards the end but all his shenanigans caused a team that half of the world had going to the super bowl to not even finish .500.

I dont think Cambell is ready to start in the NFL honestly, I also think brunell isnt very good. Very streaky and he isnt what he used to be when theres some pressure on him.

I still think Drew Bledsoe isnt all that great, sure you give him time and he'll make the play. the same thing can be said for Kerry Collins and Kurt Warner. We see how theyre recent careers have "flourished" If any quarterback (or close to any) QB in the NFL has time he can make a play, they are proffesionals and a chosen 20-30 some odd players that are the best at there field. Put some pressure on them and that number cuts in half.

I think teh offensive line played rather well last season exception vese the Panthers in the playoff loss. They nust be doing something right because Tiki gets bette every season statistically. The secondary is the big thing here, alot of new faces. Madison is now the captain of teh secondary, with his veteran leadership and whjat I beleive will be so great play they should be fine. Will Demps is an up an coming safety from the Ravens that I have high expectations from. We also signed RW McQuarters to play I beleive the nickel spot. Webster has amazing hands but lacks size.

Our secondary wont be astonishing but with Lavar, Antonio, Strahan, Osi and company doing their jobtto pressure the quarteerback and stop the run, I think it will be enough.

Yeah, TO ruined the team, but traditionally TO will give you at least 1 good year before he becomes the cancer.

I actually do not see the Cowboy's making the run that everyone is predicting. I know I will probably be embarrassed for saying this, but I just don't see it. Washington is looking really good...look how much they accomplished last year with a far below-average offense. Al Saunders should be able to juice up that offense a little. And regardless of what you think of Brunell (who has a wet noodle for an arm), he doesn't make a lot of mistakes.

I can see the Giants making it as a wild card, but I think Washington takes the division.

sadly, i think Giants win the division, but not because of Manning.

Washington will come close second. both make early exits from playoffs

Drew Bledsoe has been to a Super Bowl and has thrown for 40,000 yards. He's very underrated. I like Washington to win the divsion. They're coaching staff is amazing. They were solid last year and they put the players in place for Brunnel to just be a game manager. I think he can do that. Even if he can't, I really like Jason Cambell.

Dallas has a lot of talent. They were young on defense last year and should only get better. They've added one of the games best weapons. They add Fabani which should upgrade their line.

Right now if I had to guess

    1. Washington 11-5
    2. Dallas 10-6
    3. N.Y. Giants 9-7
    4. Philadelphia Eagles 6-10

That's without looking at the schedule. Every year I go through and pick all the games and usually something comes out different than what I thought.

One expert picked the phins and skins to be in the Super bowl just cause of their coaching staffs.

Me neither. For now, the Bears are the only lock to win their Division in the NFC. Ditto, the Colts in the AFC.

I, personally, consider the Panthers and the Seahawks to also be "locks" for their divisions in the NFC. But hey! What do I know? That's why they play the games...

I wouldn't consider anyone a lock. The Vikings were lock in the North last year and started the season what 1-4.

Every year someone seems to shock so I wouldn't call anyone a lock.

I do think if they're is a team close to a lock, I'd say it's Seattle.

That is impressive for panthers. A team that didnt win division last 2 seasons a lock for this.

^ plus New Orleans is an improved team wgho could steal a couple games from some teams, Falcons are always in it til the end, and the bucs had a good defense working for them last year.

Hardly a lock...The bears are the only lock, Ive never been much of a fan of the seahawks, I dont think theyre going to do as well as they did last year, but only time will tell.

I understand your frustration, but remember how close it was last year. The Giants had "it" down the stretch last year, and/or outlasted Washington. Dallas faltered with injuries. The Giants should not be counted out, but here's my take on 2006. This time each year, the media is looking for that bubble team that could break out. Each year, that could fit several teams. This year, it appears that Dallas is the favorite of that group.

Dallas has added a lot of talent to their roster, but they lost some too. Much of the optimism surrounding Dallas surrounds 3 games.

    1. Wash 14 Dallas 13. Dallas owned Washington in game one about as much as Washington owned Dallas in the second. What happened was basically a fluke.

    2. Seattle 13 Dallas 10 OT. A missed FG that should have been hit by Dallas should have won it in regulation.

    3. Denver 24 Dallas 21 OT. Ditto from #2.

Dallas played pretty much evenly with anyone. They beat good teams like Panthers, Giants, and Chiefs. They played evenly and should have beaten Seattle and Denver. It appears like something is working.

Dallas added Vanderjagt for a kicker. Sure, he can obviously miss the big one, but no one will doubt this is an upgrade over Cundiff, Cortez, and Suisham.

Dallas added TO, who will certainly be an upgrade. Last year, once Glenn went down, they were left with a possession receiver...Johnson. Now, they have both. Yes, I understand the danger associated with TO.

Parcells stint in Dallas has been all about covering up weaknesses. His teams have always had several....from Quincy Carter to no free safety....but can you find the weakness and exploit it correctly?

My opinion is that Dallas is NOT the best team in the NFC. I'm not sure they are even the best team in the NFC East. The problem is, not only do I not know who is the best in each category, I also don't believe the best team will win those races.

I can tell you that if they stay healthy, Dallas could be very dangerous. The changes that they made to their OL will change the style of their running game. As they say in the NFL, change often times leads to success. We'll see.

The NFC East is packed this year with great teams but so many things have to be proven. Will Manning be the Manning we saw at the end of the year or the beginning? Will Brunell be able to play the whole year and if not will Campbell be able to take over? TO? Will the Eagles be able to make a run with a healthy team?? I HAAAAAAATE the Eagles but counting them out is dumb. The scheduele for the NFC East is hard and i wouldnt be surprised if only one team would make the playoffs.
