Talk here So far the Warriors, lead it 31 -18, there 2:26 left in the first on a side note the last time i checked the Clippers were losing to the Kings. 30-19
The stat I like right now is the FGA's between the two teams. After the first quarter of play the Warriors have 29 shots and the TWolves 19. I think this is mostly because of the 8 steals the Warriors have, and the 10 turnovers committed by the TWolves. I think that is Warriors basketball, this season, at its best. Ever since the trade I think the Warriors defense improved tremendously in this area of focring turnovers. I hope the Warriors can keep this up and don't have one of those big quarters of let-downs. And if the Kings beat the Clippers I'll become a Kings fan...maybe. But I'd be very happy! Go Musselman!

So far this looks like the Warriors' day, there up 46-29, 8:48 in the 2nd Clippers down 44-26 8:16 left in the 2nd.

This is a very interesting article by 82games.com that breaks down turnovers into a variety of categories. The Warriors are very close to the top in most of the categories and have a huge lead in "Lost Ball TOs" as well as 3 second violations. We also commit a lot of turnovers but, not surprisingly, we have the fewest 24 and 3 second violations against us.
One statistic that hurts the Warriors the most and has this season is the free throw difference. I think there have been several games where the Warriors make more FG's than the opponent but end up losing because of the FT difference. Maybe the reaching in to get steals and block shots = more fouls as well. But I still think in a better officiated league the difference would be a little smaller. Maybe a bigger reason why the FT difference is so high is because there are no players like Maggette who is great at getting to the line or others who get superstar treatment on this team compared to most other teams. Manu Ginoboli even gets star treatment, whereas nobody on this team does at all. Also there were some rebounding problems as well, but I think they are much better now, especially since JRich returned I think.
