We didn't close the game how we should have but a little adversity wouldn't hurt us. So I don't mind if we happen to drop a game in Orlando. But we need to win Game 2. Suprisingly Magic shot 58% but its the Turnovers that killed them(20). 5 players in double figures with Delfino scoring 9, now we just gotta wait til Monday for the 2nd game.
Congrats on the win. Should be interesting how Orlando starts out Game 2 after starting out really slow with turnovers that I am assuming was caused by nerves. Should be a damn good Game 2.
Good win by the boys. Dissapointing to see another poor finish to the game yet again, but a win is a win I guess. Chauncey came up big as was predicted, lets hope he can keep this kind of form up.
We should be up by more then 15 points! But yet we are only up by 3 there is no way this should be happening. Pistons look like they know Magic will hand them the win. I say we turn this game up a notch coming out of half time with tons of energy and just explode. I do not want to have to wait 3 days off of a loss. We need to come out and get this victory then just worry about stealing 1 game in Orlando.
We're up by 15 now, really starting to pump away. Hopefully we dont blow this lead like we have been known to do in the 4th.
We prevailed! Are 3 pointers are coming at perfect times and have been putting daggers on Orlando, we also are getting to the line alot and shooting well which is a plus. I'm glad Rasheed has come to play so far in the playoffs. We need him to be there and stay healthy. We need everybody to stay healthy so I'd like to see us sweep if possible. But one game at a time I guess I'll have to wait til Thursday which seems like forever away.
Game on fellas! We're down 14-10 right now, Dwight just threw down a MASSIVE 2 handed jam, then a hard foul on Webber down the other end. Sheed just slapped with another Tech Foul, Flip just pulled him, lol.
Intense game! This is what I call playoff atmosphere. Techs being thrown, emotions flying, slam dunks and buzzer beaters. I thought we closed the half to perfection, we weren't selfish and kept sharing the ball finding open teammates. How bout Chaunceys shot? Better be on top 10...if your not watching anything right now you guys need to turn on this game.
Wow, I just lost all respect for Rasheed Wallace. What other player gets away with screaming at his coach, and shoving the refs hands without being penalized? Flip Saunders is obviously intimidated by Sheed, not to many coaches would accept that kind of attitude.

You can be passionate about the game without being immature and rude to all authority figures. Shoving the hand of a ref off of you or yelling at your coach is far worse than just having a "colorful character". Also, has this guy ever admitted to committing a foul or does he always have that "What? Me?" face? Then he has to whine for a few minutes the entire time the player is shooting free throws. He was even whining last night while Keyon Dooling was shooting the technical for his whining! It's so obnoxious and that's why he's always in the Top 5 in technicals each year. He should have been thrown out in the first half last night and I have no respect for him.
I'm not gonna argue with the Sheed haters. Because I couldn't stand the guy before he came to Detroit. Its a whole different ball game when hes on your team. I'm sorry Magic fans but I'm already declaring todays game over. Game 3 was your best shot at stealing a game. Now its time to put you guys away. You had a nice run, you guys will be the team to beat in the future, but this year is our year.
