If we want any chance to not have to play Detroit in the first round, we MUST WIN this game. Washington is extremely depleted and this should be a very winnable game. Etan Thomas always plays Dwight tough though and you know nothing would make Deshawn happier than sending us packing to Detroit. Not to mention how many games we have lost to teams without a key player this season. It will be interesting how the team comes out. That will tell the story. Will they come out satisfied that they made the playoffs or will they come out on a mission to improve their seeding.
Orlando's been scoring a lot of points in the paint, but all of a sudden Howard doesn't get the ball after scoring EASILY on Etan Thomas. The Wizards can have a shot at this game, if they can get to the line consistenly and shoot for open jumpers. We're also going to need help on rebounding and beat them with turnovers.
Dwight had 3 2nd half shots after going 6-8 in the first half. His first 2nd half shot didn't come until 2:30 left in the 3rd. We got lucky to escape. At least we have a shot on the last day of the season to improve seeding.
