Totally agree we need kwame back to limit the free opportunities and drive in the paint we had a season high today vs the kings in points in the paint. So I think Phil was empathizing that in practice we need to drive and get the long rebounds. The little things count in the playoffs

Thing about the Suns, they play the same way they do in the regular season. I think the Lakers will turn it on and catch the Suns off guard like they did last year.

Last year, the lakers would have advanced if it werent for tim thomass. This year the game should be much slower (hopefully) with STAT in the lineup. The key man in this series is Barbosa. We must CONTAIN him! Kobe must handle his against Bell. Lamar must play the same way if not better than he did last april. The Lakers need to approach game 1 like it's game 7 o the finals to try to catch them off guard. The first 10 minutes shoul decide the outcome of game 1. Take the crowd out of the game. Lakers must play 110 % for 48 minutes. Go Lakers steal game 1.

Even with Stat in the lineup, the Suns are going to look to run, maybe even more. The guy is an athletic freak that can easily get up and down court, so there's no need to slow down, especially when most of his points are going to come from dunks as it is. Slowing down the pace would only play to the Lakers advantage, so there's no way the Suns come out and do that. Beyond that, why would they? They're athletic, they're quick, they can shoot, etc. They have no reason to slow down, so don't look for it.

I've seen it today. He was limited to 3 dunks and mostly jump shots which was in our favor. Overall the Lakers played well for 3 quarters and that won't get t done. I look for phil to make some adjustments to have a chance.

    - Put Radmanvic in Evans spot
    - Limit Smush's minutes
    - Give Odom 20 fg attempts
    - Tell Kobe to trust his teammates
