Apparently, rescue workers told Ben that he was "seconds, maybe a minute" away from death because of his motorcycle accident injuries. He was bleeding into his stomach and a paramedic stopped it to stabilize him.

Can you imagine if he died? A two year vet with a record of 27-4 with two AFC Championship game appearances and a Superbowl ring...gone at such a young age.

Man, that would have been weird...

Of course, if you are a bengals, ravens or browns fan, you now know their is a god, and he is a steelers fan.

I kind of had that theory but I didn't want him to die, just keep him out of the picture for a while.

The plastic surgury worked out well for Big Ben ... he's actually better looking now than before the crash. Not that you have to be good looking to get beautiful women when you're that wealthy.

PS ... You don't have to be gay to comment on another man's looks. Anyone else notice the improvement?

Sorry, but I haven't noticed, and still haven't after that comment.

Like MKIV, I hadn't noticed and still don't.

I'm glad B-roth is okay but this need for pity and/or publicity does not sit well with me. The media is gobbling up his near-death experience which is annoying but there is nothing like sensationalism.

Every time the question, "Will this make Ben a better decision maker?" is asked. I grimace. After all, he rode a motorcycle w/o a helmet. What do you think, Junior.

I'm glad Ben isn't trying to make this into a big thing, he is just telling it the way it is. I think that it was really stupid to ride without a helmet, but sometimes people do stupid stuff, and I think he learned from it. I wouldn't think he was crazy if he rode a motorcycle again as long as he wore a helmet. I think that it sends a mixed message when the law in PA says you have to wear a seatbelt in a car, but you don't have to wear a helmet on a motorcycle.

the funny thing is one of the interviews he said he wasnt sure if he was gonna ride a motorcycle again. after being seconds away from dying he isnt sure if hes gonna do it again. Thats a bit wierd. Also maybe he should get his motorcycle license before he drives a bike again lol

VF this ones for you-my buddy said Ben went into the accident with all his teeth and came out a Packer fan. I don't see the humour in it but you might
