I don't know, the board is kinda... yeah... so I wanted to bring back and old topic but make it into kind of like a game. So once one question turns old, I'll bring another question in. I don't know if it's confusing but possibly because of my wording anyways. Let's start off with an old question brought from the dead.

WHICH MANNING WILL WIN A SUPER BOWL FIRST?

The only choices are between the Manning Bros. (Eli and Peyton)

Your thoughts. I'll post my opinion when the conversation gets going.

I would also say Peyton but I do think if he doesn't get his in the next 2 years it's Peyton Marino. I still don't even know if Eli will become a Pro Bowl QB yet. It will probably come but so far from even what teamates like Tiki Barber have said is he has to understand that he's the field general

Peyton will win one. Eli I'm not sure about. I think he has a chance to but it'd be a ways down the road yet in my opinion.

I'm inclined to agree w/ PA. I'd love to see Peyton win the Super Bowl. Nothing against Eli, I just like Peyton better.

I don't know if either one will win a Super Bowl. Peyton is a better QB, but I think that his best chance came last year and they didn't get it done. Now they lost "The Edge" so I don't think that they have a good chance this year. Eli has a solid team around him, with Tiki, Shockey, Burress, Toomer and a good D. So I think that Eli has a chance to win a SB if he just manages the game and maybe makes a few big plays. For Peyton until they get another good RB I think there's gonna be alot of games like the Chargers game where they got him off his game and he couldn't make anything happen.

Plus old reliable Marvin Harrison isn't getting any younger.

So I'll go with Eli as well.

The true question should be if any one of us will still be around if or when this should ever happen?[IMG]

I find it funny that people are saying that Peyton is the better QB because peyton started the same exact way Eli did, interception prone but makes up for it by winning.

we see how he turned out, a very good QB.....how soo people forget.

Peyton's 1st two season was better than Eli's.

Peyton got the Colts to round 2 of the playoffs I believe in his 2nd season but he still threw 26 TD's 15 INT's and over 4,000 yards.

In his first season he threw 26 TD's 28 INT's and over 3,700 yards in 16 games.

They were similar but Peyton's were still better overall. Peyton is also currently the better QB on the better team.

the fact remains that come the big game Peyton has choked every time. let's give Eli a chance to fail b4 we call him a failure.

I agree that Peyton chokes but he's a far better QB then Eli is right now and probably a better QB than Eli will ever be. Winning a SB doesn't mean your a failure in my opinion. Dan Marino failed to win a Super Bowl but he is probably the most gifted passer ever to play. Peyton is on his way to catching Marino's records.

The one advantage Eli had is he got to go to a way better team then Peyton. That Colts team was terrible when he got there and he was left to improve on his own

all Im saying is that 3rd year QB's are usually the break out years for QB's and taking your team to the playoffs and winning 11 games as a 2nd year player is more then comendable and overlooked. The Giants won the East last year people keep forgetting that! I was readuing football mags yesterday 2 magazines said the giants would finish in 4th BULLSHIT the other two I perused said they were going to be in 2nd.
