We won the last game on Saturday night.. We need this won again, thanks to derek fisher, he turned the game around for us and we never looked back. I look for this to be more physical than game 1 because utah will be more hungry but I really think we need this cuz the Energy Solutions Arena wont be an easy place to score.. so what do yall think?

Look for the Rockets to have a better first half, mainly by having better shot selection. Tracy needs to punish Fisher and use his HUGE height advantage to get some free throws. I also don't expect Chuck to miss as many layups. Rocks up 2-0!!

Bad shooting night. Hayes is the only reason why we are still in this game.

Wow, intense game. Poorly shot, but our defense held. I think Hayes should have gotten more minutes in there. Also this game, Hayes probably should had been on Boozer more and Yao play on Okur. Okur was pretty cold, and Hayes shut Boozer down whenever he guarded him.

We won because we shot very well from the freethrow line, and outrebounded the Jazz...both of which are their strengths.

Rock..you still think Howard should start over Hayes?

Also...the two more turnover proned players had 0 turnovers!!!

Both our stars shot below 40% and Boozer had a monster game, but we still won... We chucked up too many threes.

If you were near me you heard me.

I know Yao has a nice fade away that looks nice when its working but from the start of the game I was yelling at him to turn inside and go at somebody.

    I liked Snyder's cameo.

It was crazy how TMac undominately piled on the points, At least from where I was sitting. It never felt like he got going but he kept scoring.

Okur and Ak are totally ineffective against the Rockets. No running offense, Sloan's fault not to run more.

When the 3pt shooters ever hit a high percentage, watch out.

Rockets pulled it out despite the inefficient shooting. For the second game in a row, we converted a lot more from the free throw line. Utah fouls a ton; they always have. It's good to see the Rockets take advantage of their physical play and use it against them. Outrebounding a great rebounding team like Utah (6 more offensive rebounds) was huge.

Chuck Hayes was our MVP last night.....good job of rebounding, finishing, defense, and hustling.

I hope Juwan, Shane, Luther, and Rafer find their touch soon because we won't be able to get away with that against better teams.....I feel fortunate to play the Jazz in the first round though, I mean we caught them at their worst (losing games, AK47 crying, etc.), mean while the Mavs and Spurs have to matchup with teams who are ballin right now.

I agree...JVG ran a couple of plays for tmac in the post last night, but I'd wish he'd run more, so we could force double teams and get our open 3's that way...and Tmac needs to stop settling for the jumper so much (especially when he's cold), he went to the basket last night, but he could've ended up with 20 + freethrows had he attacked the rim all night....oh well the most important thing is we're up 2-0 and we haven't even come close to playing our best ball yet.

I liked Rafer's aggressiveness most of the game. He didn't jack up threes with as much abandon as he did in Game 1 and saw spots to drive through fairly well. Hayes was a monster both on the boards and with his scrap points around the basket, and that somewhat made up for Yao's poor shooting. It's a good sign that we can have Boozer score 39 (or was it 41?) on us and have both our stars shoot below 40%, and yet pull out a somewhat convincing win.

At Utah though, we can't afford to get off to slow starts again; it might be tough to make a comeback on the road.

If Rockets can atleast come out with 1 win at Utah(Game 4 or Game 5), I see us taking this in 5 games on our homecourt!
