<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Lakers gathered together after their final practice, ready to take on the Phoenix Suns and accomplish what they couldn't last season ? winning a first-round playoff series. Or, well, maybe not. "We'll be out of this series in four games," Coach Phil Jackson said angrily in the team huddle, laying out what he believes will happen if the Lakers don't talk more often on defense and show a little more shine on offense. It wasn't a great final day of fine-tuning: Shortly after media members were let into Saturday's practice, Sasha Vujacic missed a dunk in a scrimmage, as if to emphasize the point that all's not quite well.</div> Sourse
Well, we are down by 1 game. I don't know if we'll get sweeped in 4, but it's nice to see Sasha Vujacic missing a dunk
Pretty funny about the Sasha missed dunk. LOL... Phil is right, if our communication in defence dosen't improve, we will keep seeing repeats of what happened in the 4th quarter of Game 1, Defensive breakdowns...
Vujacic missing a dunk doesn't worry me. Him making the dunk? Now that's scary.... Anyway, can anyone blame Phil for being angry? If we continue to close, or rather, not close games like we did in game 1....Get out the broom.
