I don't know the link, but there are a few chinese websites that stream rockets games online. Of course they will be announcing in chinese.
Sopcast download it at www.sopcast.org then they hv channels ...most are in chinese but for playoffs they hv TNT channel i think go here: http://myp2p.eu/NBA.htm choose your game, click the PLAY button for channel VP1.....rmb! turn on your sopcast first....then click PLAY, it would auto. open this VP1 channel for you, this channel is the english TNT/NBATV depends what they put online.. have fun!

well i use tvkoo http://www.tvkoo.com/en/download.htm if you dont know how to read chinese. just pick the channel with over 10k people in it at game time. you cant be wrong.
just go here after you dl sopcast and turn it on: http://myp2p.eu/NBA.htm under the sopcast column there are a bunch of PLAY buttons....click the one that corresponds to your game and the channel you want... SHTV CCTV5 is in mandarin....GD Sports is in cantonese ....VP1 is the english original copy...I duno about WMOE....try it out 2nite
