<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- The Detroit Pistons appear indestructible. And finally, Dwight Howard does not, despite his Greek-god physique. According to the Orlando Magic's diagnosis, Howard was more of a patient than a player in their 98-90 loss to the Pistons on Monday night at The Palace of Auburn Hills. With Howard supposedly needing an airsickness bag most of the day, the Magic's long-shot chance in Game 2 to upend the Pistons and give this playoff series some suspense was derailed. Howard still played 35 minutes, but was just 3-of-9 and finished with eight points. Several Pistons might have caught something, as tight as they were playing him. Jameer Nelson's shot also looked ill, as he made just 3-of-12. "Dwight was sick, quite honestly," Coach Brian Hill said. "He just didn't have anything. Before the game, he got nauseous. He had stomach pain." Howard's agent, Aaron Goodwin, said Howard was vomiting late Monday afternoon and was given some medication by the team.</div> Source: Orlando Sentinel
That's too bad... <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"He just didn't have anything. Before the game, he got nauseous. Damn, get better DH if that is the case. The body has a way of breaking down at all the wrong times like a GEO or Pinto. However this could be an excuse to take pressure off of the Magic's performance and that would be pathetic.
