<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Goodwin said Howard soon will sign a $40 million deal with adidas and stands to make more than $80 million by signing a contract with the Magic this offseason. "It's a $120 million summer for Dwight," Goodwin said.

Howard was not available to talk afterward. Not even the prospect of soon becoming one of the wealthiest players likely would make him feel better.</div>

If I could, I'd give him more.

Why would you give him more than $120 million dollars?
    $120,000,000.00

That's the impact that he is going to have on the NBA once the Magic get a new coach and let him develop. He's going to be up there with Lebron as the face of the NBA.

I would give him that kind of money so we don't lose him, like we have our only 2 stars Shaq and Tmac. Whatever the hell he wants, he gets in my eyes. If we lose him, the Orlando Magic should just fold.

Good to see a big man get that type of money from a shoe company. Too often they get overlooked for flashier guards.

LMAO. Yeah, my heart is really bleeding for these big guys with unstylish games that ONLY get their max contracts to play with.

What does Dwight Howard need with more than 120 million dollars? He's a good player, but 120 million dollars is way enough.

lol, when you put it that way it sounds kind of ridiculous. I was referring more to their exposure, rather than the actual money they make. Dominant post players just don't get the proper amount of respect, IMO.

Yeah, but that's to be expected. Most people would rather have Kobe's or Tmac's game than Tim Duncan's game, hence more people would buy Kobe's shoe.....
