If you were to hire rick you would have to dump kidd carter and Jefferson. Rick is a halfcourt coach who likes to micromanage a team. He likes to call a play every time down court. Your best players are runners so IMO it wouldnt be a good fit.
Rick wouldn't be that much of an upgrade from Lawerence, if at all. He prepares for games better than Frank, but as for in game decision making and just overall body of work, it's not as good. I'm still up for Aldeman though.
it depends. i think if the nets dont get passed the 1st round then they need to change somethin up, but if they get deep to the playofs (they have a good chance of gettin to eastern conf. finals this year) then why mess wit the chemistry?
Frank and Carlisle are almost the same thing. Just that Carlisle likes to play a slower paced game. I would choose Adlemen over both in a heartbeat.
