My list is short because these are the only two Lakers playing with any heart on a consistent basis ... Kobe Bryant, Jordan Farmar, and Ronny Turiaf.
^^ You wouldn't keep Bynum? I guess I can understand if the Lakers could get a good post player in his prime to accompany Kobe.
Heh, I haven't been on here for ages because I've been busy. Anyway, Luke Walton is also fairly consistent. I'm really disappointed with the Lakers. Hopefully we can win the next two at home. So far, Farmar, Bryant and Walton are the only ones that have shown up. Turiaf needs more minutes as well.

I do have faith in Bynum, but most big men take 5 to 6 years before they develop into a dominant force in the NBA. Unfortunately, the Lakers don't have the depth to accomodate Bynum and Kobe simultaneously. Of course, I wouldn't just give Bynum away, I'd want a premiere big man or point guard (a top 15 talent) in return.
Bynum, Kobe, Luke, Turiaf. I'd like to keep Evans and Odom too, but of course, I'd give them up for someone better.
I don't have much patience with Bynum. Waiting for him to develop is risky, and he could help get us another all-star via trade. I'd also keep Kobe, Walton (knows the triangle so well), Farmar (decent rookie year), Turiaf (Ronny is very efficient per minute and is the spark plug/heart/soul off the bench), and surprise, MAYBE Cook. He at least spreads the floor and hits those open three-pointers the most consistently (though he could also be another somewhat valuable piece in a trade). Kwame- Hate his post moves. If we get rid of him I want our next center to be a good defender though. Smush- Low BBall IQ; terrible defender; takes some ridiculous shots at times (usually something along the lines of a crazy tear drop that doesn't fall through). Sasha- Bah, nothing special, you know what I mean. Odom- Respect his game but he is a bit too passive, makes awkward decisions at times; but mostly we need to get rid of him to acquire someone of KG's caliber (not saying we'll get KG, but you get the point). Evans- Is a good scorer but takes ill-advised shots that only Kobe can get away with. Seriously though, aside from Bryant I'd put anyone of these fellows on the trading block. I just think Walton/Farmer/Turiaf gel best with Kobe out of the whole lot.
What would be good for the Lakers and Walton in particular is if they actually ran the triangle once in a while. Most of the time, someone is chucking up a shot or the ball just doesn't move.
I agree with both Shape and huevonkiller. Kobe, Turiaf, Farmar, Walton, and Evans. I think Evans has been a nice offensive punch off the bench, and it isn't like he is a complete slouch on defense.

As much as I would love to see Bynum in a Lakers uni when he finally reaches his full potential, I would definetly trade him away for a proven star, because we just can't continue to waste Kobe's prime. Either way though, I'm certain Bynum will become a great player down the road, it's just that we can't afford to continue to waste Kobe Bryant's prime year after year. Maurice Evans - I'm on the bubble with this one. Evans hustles, plays with energy, and seems to give it his all, but he is extremely inconsitent and his shooting is extremely streaky. Evans isn't a neccessity, but I don't really see any need of giving him away, so I think he's a keeper. He's great coming off the bench. Luke Walton - Mr. Basketball IQ. Luke Walton is great in the triangle offense, he's a great facilitator, and has even found a way to score the ball. As long as we continue to run the triangle, Walton needs to be back.

(sarcasm people) if we are going try to get someone with a kg salary we have to trade odom and kwame, i think we should try for lewis and ridnour, and sign mo williams
