So what's everybody's prediction on tonight's game??? Of course hopefully, I wish they pull it out but basing things from the previous 2 games, I don't have a good feeling about it. Especially after reading some of the articles on Fox Sports or LA Times, it really seems like the teams psychee is extremely down? (Except for Kobe or course.. But then again maybe so; he is human after all..)

"It was really embarrassing to come in here and lose such an important game the way we lost it," Odom said. "...We need to think about some things as a team. It's kind of sad, but I don't know that we're as close as a team right now as far as camaraderie and things like that. That's the only way you lose games like this - when you're not close."

If you asked me, even if these guys were best friends and their camaraderie was great; I can't see how that alone could make them hit their shots, or just play with more confidence. Maybe on the defensive end they would communicate more. But still though, having a camaraderie with your teammates should not be a factor on just yelling out, "right-side, right-side!!!!" or "watch that pick!!!!!!". I would think "as a team," having the desire to win and the fact that you're make $,$$$,$$$.$$ a year, should be all that you need to play better ball?

Bad signs....really bad. The Suns got into their head, and now they're feeling down coming into Game 3. We really need to win this one.

Damn, I did'nt expect us to be so flat-footed in game 2. I predict that we're gonna win in Game 3, Kobe's gonna hjave a monster game (or at least I hope so.)

I really don't like the comments made by Lamar Odom, saying the chemistry isn't strong in the locker room. It's a built-in excuse for this team to come out flat once again, because their internal drama tends to spill onto the court.

PJax hasn't made any adjustments, or maybe he has, but it's not being executed properly by the bench.

Our bench has been dominated by Phoenix and I don't see much changing there. Maybe PJax needs to shorten the rotation and just play 7 or 8 guys the rest of the way, with his starters playing a larger majority of the minutes.

This is a must win for the Lakers, it might be our only chance to win a game in this series.

I'm a predicting a win as long as Phil gives Smush's minutes to Sasha and Cook's minutes to Turiaf.

I'm about to leave my house to go to the Staple's Center right now, I'm gonna make sure we get this one boys.

I think it'll be tight for a while, but eventually the Suns will pull away. They know they can win at Staples, they know they're the superior team, and I don't expect them to collapse when they can put the Lakers in a back-breaking position.

I hope they come into Staples with that arrogance. If they don't view LA as a challenge anymore, maybe their guard will be down. I want a competitive Laker team out there. No more blowout losses. If Kobe comes out blazing and shooting everytime, we know were the state of this team is at mentally .. LOST.

Kobe scores a 100 and the Lakers win every other game in the series.

I hate to be a Letdown Larry every time I post, but things aren't looking good for the Lakers tonight. I agree with Karma's prediction.

Considering we're down 2-0, and pretty much got our asses handed to us last game, I don't really see how anyonce can be optimistic tonight. Hopefully we can come out with a victory, but it's definetly going to be tough

Our bench has to come alive. I think if Cook can get a hot hand, we can shut down Barbosa with Farmar/Shamu/Mckie (lol), and get our big guys to do some damage on the offense, then we stand a chance.

I think that last blocking foul call on Kwame was a charge on Amare.

Lakers are getting so many offensive rebounds, and are getting Phoenix in a lot of foul trouble

EDIT: Amare got called for offensive interference (touching the ball when it was on the rim), but he clearly didn't.

We are up by 4 with 7:40 left. Let's see how Bryant play. Be selfish or involve teammates?

93-89 when I stopped watching (It's 1:20 AM on the East coast and I figured the game is over), but the Lakers won. Excellent defence tonight, and great shot selection by Kobe. Good job Kwame and Odom for stepping up.

I was impressed by thier overall defensive intensity tonight, especially on screen & rolls and on Barbosa.

    Glad my prediction was wrong.

I never would have thought that the Lakers could win, judging by game 2. Unbelieveable. This one I have to see.
