"Behind another weak offensive line, Brett Favre may literally die a Packer." - Fox Sports ************ Heh... Even "I" found this a bit funny.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>What have the Pack done to address their O-line?</div> Not much. Drafted three O-linemen in the draft and two of the rookies are expected to start. Lost Kevin Barry and Mike Flanagan in free agency, so Scott Wells will likely take over at center. I'm worried about the lack of veteran backups, to be honest. And starting two rookies on the line is rarely a good idea.
We're changing scheme's to a zone blocking scheme. Samething Denver runs. Kevan Barry is actually out for the year. He's still with the Packers. Scott Wells I thought played better than Flanny anyways but we'll for sure miss the leadership of Flanny. Sounds like 2nd round pick Daryn Colledge is going to get the start at LG. At RG Junius Coston a 2nd year player, and Jason Spitz (Eugene) a 3rd round pick will likely compete. The dark horse is 2nd year player Chris White. I hope he wins it. He fits the scheme perfect and has great techninque. The line is young and that worries me early. Bears should have a feast on us in Week 1 but as the year goes on I expect the line to improve and come together. If they can catch on to the scheme it should be ok later on in the year.

The biggest help would be if the running game got going. Last year teams could just pin back their ears and attack a weak line. Good balance would be the lines best help. Does show how good we had it with that old line and I realize I took them for granted
The O-line does worry me but hopefully they will come together during training camp and be all right.
