Rockets are getting their asses handed to them.
Utah will for sure win game 4. I guess this series will turn out to be a home-home win situation. If Houston somehow loses game 5 at home, I am never going to watch the Rockets again. Because Game 5 will be the turning point in this series.

Well I think we've been exposed. I've never seen a Rocket team more predictable on offense than this one. After getting beat in game 3, it doesn't seem like we've made not ONE offensive adjustment. I've said it over a MILLION times in the regular season, BONZI WELLS IS THE X-FACTOR IN A PLAYOFF SERIES. Are you telling me that John Lucas is more worthy to this team than Bonzi Wells in the playoffs? One thing is clear, JVG made a TERRIBLE decision in not gettin Bonzi ready. Our team is SERIOUSLY hurting right now. No creativity on offense, no penetration, too many jumpshots, not enuff free throws, and the inability of Tmac to guard Hapring (which should've been Bonzi's man). This is very painful to watch[IMG]

John Lucas is soooo bad. Why is he playing?

The reason why Utah's bench is more productive than our bench:

    Harpring > Head

He kills Head inside everytime. WHY IS HEAD PLAYING SF?!?!? Atleast put Synder or someone in... omg

they better adjust their asses off for game 5....1 hell of a game...jazz gained confidence going into game 5...so the crowd behind us won't be much of a factor to them anymore....whilest we fked ourselves over with these messed up offence plays and shtiity passes.....honestly the whole rockets lineup was to stand around the arc while yao is down low....then the guy who has the ball just raise the ball up...faked 2 times to pass to yao...then really pass it to yao and run away from yao....yao posts with 2 dribbles on the ball...turn around fade and gets it in OR memo slaps it away.....

all their games have been this sequence...over and over and over and over and over and over again....then and over again....

    fk

    im going to sleep.....

Right now after the game 4 loss, Utah will gain a big momentum heading into the 5th game. Past two games, Houston and their bench has been playing really sloppy! We are relying on Yao and Tmac to score too much. Apparently McGrady who has around 6 inches on Fisher can't drive him in or rise and up and shoot over win. The person I count on to score every time for us is Yao Ming. Nobody else besides him is a reliable player in this series. McGrady friggin doesnt have a brain, and is still settling for jumpers. Drive in McGrady, draw some fucking fouls! I hate Luther Head. The guy is a pansy. I saw a play today when we were on a 2 on 1 fast break. Luther passed it to Rafer , Rafer back to Luther, and Mr. Pansy passes makes the 3rd pass back to Rafer and throws it away. He is too scared to make a damn layup. Also, where is Juwan Howard? The guy isn't hitting his normal jumpers that used to go in. I liked Battier today early on in the game when he drove in a couple of times and scored. The Jazz are playing really smart. They know that most of our focus is around Tmac and Yao, so they are putting pressure on those two guys. Jazz are putting pressure on McGrady so much that we are not able to run our offense through Tmac. We normally run pick are rolls with Mac and Hayes, but because of Utah's defense, Tmac can't get going which means we can't get Hayes going. We are really going to need to turn things around by Monday. Utah clearly has the edge in the series right now with their win today. They are playing as a much more complete team, while on the other hand, Houston is playing crappy and relying on Tmac and Yao too much to score. If Rockets somehow lose game 5, that'll be the big turning point of the series. Whichever team wins game 5 will win the series. The 3-2 advantage will really take effect in games 6 and 7. I am looking for Houston to come out early and dominate in the first half with a balanced scoring. What we did at the end of the regular season to get wins was start off strong. If we can start off strong, then hopefully we can create a big enough lead to hold it off in the 4th. I hope we turn things around in game 5. I am really hoping Houston to dominate in game 5. If we dont win it, I see us losing this series. LETS GO HOUSTON!! Get Tmac out of the first round!!!

My point exactly. What the hell is John Lucas doin out there? Jerry Sloan has completley shut down JVG's one dimensional offensive scheme. But I'm not really suprised. I warned about this over & over in the regular season. It's hard for a jumpshooting team to win in a playoff series. JVG has absolutley no clue how to make offensive adjustments. Now you see why sitting Bonzi wasn't the best idea[IMG]

NOTE:This is starting to look exactly like the Dallas series a few years ago. Our offense is predictable and Jerry Sloan has began to outsmart JVG (like Avery did).

    bad badb baddddd

every1 has to change...j ho has to hit his freaking jumpers....tmac has gotta drive the fking ball n not force up jumpers...he aint gonna do what kobe can do.....luther ...ya he was a pansy.....he has to stop being a pansy....jvg needs offensive plays in his brain badly.....the whole freakin team played like they were scared to dribble the ball. they wanted to get rid of the ball as soon as it touches their hands as if the ball is burning or something....yao needs to be aggressive...god damn it, it's the playoffs...get fouls and get to the line and stop fading away ..there is just soooo much adjustments to make in 1 night....i don't know if they will even make 1 adjustment...they better

Ouch. Arrogance is a bitch. But not is all over, yet. We've split the series and this is what home court is for. Yao has got a lot of negativity that, in my opinion he doesn't deserve (not specifically from here). T-Mac needs to step it up, I'd rather Spanoulis play than Lucas. . . Spanoulis has big game experience (different league, but he plays with his heart).

What happened to our heart? Walking it up court with 5 seconds left on the clock? Getting blocked and trotting down court? Throwing a bad pass and watching the other team sink a 3 with time expiring and clapping your hands in some sand attempt to motivate your team?

Our offense kept us around, there was a point we were down 9 and our offense was clicking. We gave up on defense early in the game, and they just extended their lead, killing any offensive rhythm we had. But, we've done what is expected, split 2-2. I am just disappointed that our effort on the road did not match Utah's. They're playing good, but it's more us playing bad. Just like in Houston, we won those games playing terribly, got lucky that Utah hit a bit of a bad spell and could not kill us off. That won't happen again.

It's on you, Tracy, it's on YOU. Time to step it up. Only one start showed up tonight (in my honest opinion).

^I agree with your post, but Yao could do more as well. T-Mac looked like he didn't care about the fact that we were losing. He came out in the 4th and tried to put the game on his shoulders, but kept bricking.

What's with everyone getting all suicidal. Until we lose a game at home, don't worry.

I know the Rockets have more talent. We are the better team, but the Jazz are just executing their gameplan (both offensively and defensively), and our defense gave up last night, so they look like the better team....lately.

By the way, JVG needs to stop guarding Harpring with Head. Harpring could play in the NFL if he wanted.
