<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">MIAMI -- Ben Gordon watched almost all of the first quarter of Game 3 from the Bulls' bench because of two quick fouls.

When he finally returned at the start of the second, he was ineffective and sloppy with the ball, hardly a reflection of the dominating point producer the first two games against the defending NBA champion Miami Heat.

But Gordon reverted to that in the second half Friday night, scoring 22 of his team-high 27 points to help the Bulls overcome a 12-point third quarter deficit and take a 3-0 series lead. Gordon finished 7 of 16 and 11 of 14 from the line.

"You knew at some point he was going to go off and do his thing," backup Chris Duhon said.

He started out with that 1 three pointer and then went to the bench because he picked up 2 fouls, but he took over in the 3rd and 4th.

It was a good bounce back for BG. Usually when BG starts cold, he ends even colder.
