Uh-Oh Chuck Hayes drew a charge, now you just know durvasa will shove it in Rock4life's face.

God, oh GOD! We got the W despite a horrible game by Yao.

    Thanks CHUCK!

This game was way too close...

Like when we win at home, its a closer margin than when Utah wins at home.

Yao really needs to step it up! ! !

Well you know that if Fisher got the blocking call, Rock4life would be rubbing it in durvasa's face. Comes with the territory.

Great game by TMac, that's the kind of leadership we need. Closing it out in Utah would be nice, but I won't be overly worried by a game 7 neither.

If you actually read Durvasa's posts, hes not one to shove things into people's face. Are you sure you aren't rock yourself???

Back to comments, Thank goodness for Juwan and Head to step up. They were huge keys to our success (seeing how Yao played horribly). If we win game 6 or 7, this will completely make up for their horrible 4 game....Afterall winning the series is the most important thing, and they played a huge part in our win today.

That said, Juwan is a very streaky shooter...Hes been in a slump for a while even before the playoffs started...Can this be a turnaround and beginning of his hot streak?

I thought Yao did okay. Sometimes he looked lost, but as the game went on he started getting closer to the rim and made some big shots.

    T-Mac put up.

    Head came to play.

    <font color=""Red"">JUWAN HOWARD THANK YOU!</font>

BTW, look at this thread, as it went on, someone would say certain player needed to step up, and bam that player stepped up.
edit: referring mostly to the Yao comments.

First off, I agree with durvasa's position in that debate and I was merely joking when I said he would shove it in Rock's face.

Obviously Rock is the type of fellow that would "draw attention" to Chuck when he plays bad.

Ah sorry about that then [IMG]. Hard to detect jokes and sarcasm over the internet.

Well, Our chances of winning the series have gone up significantly. I feel Jazz has a better chance of beating us in Houston than us beating them in SLC. So this most likely is gonna goto a game 7, and that will be a nail biter! Hope the Rockets can prove me wrong....Also an interesting note is that we have not lead by the end of the first half in this whole series.

Man, 6/18 for Yao while Boozer was making easy baskets over him. Offensively Yao was bad, defensively he was not present at all.

    BTW, officials sucks!

Now we desperately needs to close the series in Salt Lake City

^I don't care about tonights stats. Yao came through when we needed him most.

Damn, has anyone been to the other Rockets board? I found out there is another one, and the fans their are so damn fickle. They hate T-Mac because of his recent play at Utah. They said we should trade Yao/T-Mac and everyone and start rebuilding.

A bunch of little kids I guess.

There is another one I knew about for a while, and the owner (who isn't even a Houstonian) is a Rafer hater. I saw a pic of him on that board and he looks like a dork. JBB is the best imo.

If the other board is CF, well, there is too much hate, but I don't disagree at all with most of them. And be sure everyone will wants T-Mac traded even here if we loose this series.

I just state the obvious, but some can't handle it. Funny how you make no mention of Rock until Chuck has a good game, so predictable[IMG]

Anyhow, Chuck did make a huge play down the stretch. Juwan played great, Head found his stroke and Tmac was superman tonight. Even though Skip was as erratic as ever, we still found a way to win. Battier's play has literally saved us. Crucial win!

It was a good dunk, but it appeared that Tmac fouled AK on the dunk. He swiped down at AK's arms making it impossible for AK to even have a chance at blocking. I'd have to see another replay though.

Howards leg was on top over okur, holding him down. He was trying to get it off. Flagrant?

On another note, you guys shot the 3 ball incredibly well tonight. I thought we had it after that 6-0 run at the end..... Okur missed a big 3 pointer. Hope Jazz can send it to game 7.

Wrong play, not when they were on the floor, when Howard got an offensive rebound and Okur got called for a foul it was because he graabbed Juwons leg while he was in mid air.

The other predictable is that you somehow dissapear when Juwan has a bad game. You almost never mention him if he has a bad game. Tell it like it is huh...[IMG]

How bout that T-Mac spin move/crossover on Giricek where Giricek fell?

You knew that play T-Mac had planned on going to the hole. He did Giricek nasty and did a left hand layup. It was sweet.
