<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">MIAMI -- Luol Deng is as humble as they come and a finalist for the NBA's sportsmanship award.

So consider his declaration after Sunday's series-clinching victory more matter-of-fact than cocky.

    "I played great," Deng said.

Indeed, Deng averaged a series-high 26.3 points on sizzling 57.9 percent shooting, and added nine rebounds per game.

The forward's national emergence led Heat coach Pat Riley to praise him daily during the series and rendered Bulls coach Scott Skiles almost speechless?a rarity?when asked to assess Deng's performance.

"I don't really know what to say," Skiles said. "He was a big-time player, an All-Star-caliber performance the whole series. He was great on defense. He shot the ball well, moved around the floor well, handled the ball well, rebounded well. I don't know what else he can do out there. [He was] the biggest factor why we won."</div>

Deng is a rising star. Check this, he hasn't even shown his full potential as an NBA player.

Deng better prepare to make alot of shoes and Gatorade commercials.

There's been a lot of articles about him coming out as a rising star this week during the Miami series.. all the Bulls fans have seen him do great things during the regular season.

It was a pretty incredible series for Deng. He shot 58% from the field, he really came in trying to prove something after that poor performance last year.
