It went out on Kirilenko in the 4th with 5:52 left and AK ended up with a three 45 seconds later at the 5:07 mark.

Add 45 seconds back to the clock, and those 3 points back to the Rockets, and I'm sure it would have been a totally different game.

ya..but there were tradeoffs...refs also helped rockets to get away with some calls and that haye's travel....the blame is all on jvg's last defensive play...he was indeed outa his mind...no foul on the inbound ????? watttttttt??

I don't think we can blame JVG right now before anyone has said anything. If JVG or a player admits that it was the coach's call not to foul, we can bash him all we want but right now it could have been anything.

As for the officiating, there were some bad calls for us but we also got away with a few. In the end, the Jazz played their game and they might have won even if the officiating was spot on.

We lost this agme on the boards, we simply could not finish our defensive stops by getting the rebound. Tracy played well but I still think he let Utah off the hook by taking jumpers early and two possessions in a row when they were in the penalty.

I still say this falls completely on McGrady. As a true fan, I can honestly say that I've never seen a superstar with so much of a "I don't care" look coming off his face 99% of the time.

This series could have been over long ago if he had just gotten it through his thick skull that going to the basket DOES work! I'm so sick of seeing him shoot his way to a 5 for 24 night. It's disgusting and it completely destroys any chance we have to win.

Tracy might have got us this far, but he absolutely took us right out of the playoffs. You can say over and over again about what the role players did or didn't do, but if Tracy would have just gotten aggressive in game 1 instead of the 3rd quarter of game 7... we'd be playing the Warriors on Monday Night!!

    It's not JVG fault.

Don't listen to, I THINK IM MR. BIG SHOT BECAUSE I HIT A FEW OPEN 3s THANKS TO MJ, Steve Kerr. He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

DaRocket, if they called the right call at the 5:08 mark, out on AK47, Utah would not have received that 3 pointer and the Rockets would have been up 3 with 5 minutes left in the game. The game normally until the 20 secon mark.

    ESPN Box Score
0:20 Carlos Boozer offensive rebound 99-97
0:19 99-97 Rafer Alston personal foul (Carlos Boozer draws the foul)
0:19 Carlos Boozer makes free throw 1 of 2 100-97
0:19 Carlos Boozer makes free throw 2 of 2 101-97

Rafer Alston would not have had to hack Carlos Boozer at the 19 second mark being up by one 97-96. With 19 seconds left, the Jazz might have missed, and it would have been a totally different game involving Rocket Free Throws.

Say Jerry would have called a time out down 1 and even if he got Fisher/somebody and open 3, or if the Jazz didn't call a time out and Boozer passed it to Okur/somebody and he hit a 3, the Rockets would have been down 99-97, with a chance to tie it and send it to OT, or win it with a 3.

Even if we were down 1, and the Jazz still managed to get 4 points in the last 18 seconds, JVG would have designed a play to get T-Mac/Head an open jumper to win the game, or maybe Yao wouldn't have rushed that shot.

The point is, it would have been a totally different game if Tom Washin. got the right call.

Also, a lot of seconds after time outs and baskets kept running off the clock after the 2 minute mark.

DaRocket, would we have sucked if the Jazz scored 5 less points?</div>
Yes, OF COURSE! You cannot expect to win anything with the lack of heart, intensity, passion, aggressivity (and schemes) we shown. Do we have to hope in opponents scoring less to win? We buried ourself with our own hands, not once, not twice, but four times in the series. Utah did almost nothing to win, just waiting for someone to struggling on our side. And they found 2 billionaire superstars who gives nothing to every games compared to their superstars role. Yes, they were almost alone but they did nothing to change things. I'm not angry if we loose because we are beaten by a better team, I'm angry at loosing in this way, because yes, we sucked in 7 straight games.
