Ok so I tried Vitamin Water today. What's so special about it? I bought the Orange flavor, and it tasted like water mixed with cheap sugar. Waste of $2.

Hm... thinking over it. Its not THAT GREAT that its a must buy after reading this thread. It tastes better than Gatorade/Powerade but I guess its the feeling of drinking the "Vitamin Water" that gives it an edge over other things.

Gatorade is tha shiz. I stick with the lime one though. I tried the Berry rain one (yes the KG commercial got me) and it was good. I would buy that one if they sold it in smaller bottles. I'm gonna pick up some of this Vitamin Water today.
No its not...gatorade is crack...its just bad for you. and I just tried Vitamen water power-c or whatever and its buns.

So you buy into marketing gimmicks? What about the fact that it gives you more electrolytes than your body should have? Yeah, sounds real great. It's also terribly unhealthy for you if you're not active. Gatorade is so popular because of Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, LeBron James, and their other marketing stars. It taste like crap.
Gatorade tastes hella good. And it's good for putting electrolytes in your body after a night of drinking. So technically you don't have to be active... just drink alot of alcohol.
