Williams admits confidence "at all time low"

It probably sunk lower after coach Lawrence Frank pulled him following a 2:25 first-half stint and used Carter as Kidd's backup.</div>

Well, he's a rookie. He can't expect major playing time in the playoffs, let alone as the team's POINT GUARD. I think he made too many mistakes last night in order to justify keeping him in the game, so Frank made the right decision and pulled him out before he inflicted too much damage. Carter did a solid job as the PG for a few minutes, so Williams wasn't really needed.

I was expecting this. He has made many rookie mistakes in the playoffs thus far. Playing against this Cleveland defense has frustrated him to the point where he has lost his confidence. Hopefully he plays well in game 4.

He's tentative, takes bad shots, and he gets stripped easily. Only has a lot to learn, but he's young.
