    He isn't saying they're gonna be great, he says they have a lot of talent but not alot of experience.

    its complete bullshit but i guess hes trying to get some of the young guys more confident. I mean Favre one of the games greatest says that about your team its probably means something to the young guys

    The new guys proble will work better because there QB and great QB said that about them. Maybe his line that BF1 likes to use can help out for once.
