Davis told The Associated Press on Saturday night a date has not been set, but that he will be given specifics on Monday.

Former coach Rick Carlisle said shortly after being fired that assistants Davis and Chuck Person were ready to replace him. Davis said the Pacers interviewed Person on Friday.</div>

Hopefully we don't look at Davis to replace Brian Hill. I was never a Johnny Davis fan and I definitely don't want him back. Best case scenario is he gets the job in Indiana and stays far away from Orlando.

I don't think there is anyway after this failed Brian Hill experiment that we bring back another former coach. Not to mention one who had way less success then Brian Hill had. I truly feel for Pacer fans if they hire Davis.

To go from Rick Carlisle to Johnny Davis would be like eating spaghetti and then having someone switch it with a plate of worms when you aren't looking. Hopefully the Pacers get a former Magic coach, and we get a former Pacers coach. [IMG]

That has to be the absolute worst analogy I have ever heard or read.

[IMG] You know you chuckled when you read it. Don't be jealous you didn't think of it yourself.

I agree. To go from Rick Carlisle to Johnny Davis would be like looking at one of Gator's posts and then have to stare at the disgusting filth that you'd call a "post" by Swish.

    How's that for an analogy?
