    UPDATED
After watching many draft previews and tons of media converage I have made a few adjustments

1.Portland Trailblazers/Greg Oden- Best player in the draft not much more you can say.

2.Seattle Supersonics/Kevin Durant- Seattle cant go wrong with the next best player on the board.

3.Atlanta Hawks/Al Horford- The hawks are loaded with young big men but they have to take the next best player in the draft.

    4.Memphis Grizzlies/Mike Conley Jr

5.Boston Celtics/Yi Jianlian- The celtics have been very shady about this pick and dont be surprised if they make a trade.

    6.Milwaukee Bucks/Brandan Wright

    7.Minnesota Timberwolves/Jeff Green

    8.Charlotte Bobcats/Joakim Noah

9.Chicago Bulls/Spencer Hawes- Big center who can play around the basket is what chicago needs. Chi town takes advantage of there lottery pick and picks a big man

    10.Sacramento Kings/Corey Brewer

11.Atlanta Hawks/Javaris Crittenton- Atlanta addresses their biggest need and get a point guard.

    12.Philadephia 76ers/Juilan Wright

    13.New Orleans Hornets/Nick Young

    14.LA Clippers/Al Thornton

    15.Detriot Pistons/Rodney Stuckey

    16.Washington Wizards/Thaddeus Young

    17.New Jersey Nets/Jason Smith

    18.Golden State Warriors/Josh McRoberts

    19.LA Lakers/Derrick Byars

    20.Miami Heat/Acie Law

    21.Philadephia 76ers/Sean Williams

    22.Charlotte Bobcats/Marco Belinelli

    23.New York Knicks/Tiago Splitter

    24.Phoenix Suns/Rudy Fernandez

    25.Utah Jazz/Daequan Cook

    26.Houston Rockets/Aaron Gray

    27.Detriot Pistons/Marc Gasol

    28.San Antonio Spurs/Alando Tucker

    29.Phoenix Suns/Morris Almond

    30.Philadephia 76ers/Marcus Williams

I'm going to move this to the regular Magic forum so that more people can view it.

I'd switch Horford and Brewer at worst case. I think Brewer would be a bad fit in Boston with Paul Pierce and Gerald Green already on the wings. They only have 1 big guy and if you put someone like a Horford to complement him both will be more successful. You need more than 1 legit big man option and Horford would give it to them.

I also think Atlanta takes Conley Jr. at 3. Conley isn't a big guard though, he's on 6 foot. (talking about your explanation on the Bucks)

EDIT: I'll critique it a little bit more when I get back from work later tonight. Just gotta check my fellow 04's first. [IMG]

^ya brewer is a toss up. I figured with all the scoring problems boston had they could really take this guy but I doubt that will really happen. Horford will probably go there. I thought Conley was 6'2 6'3..i guess was wrong. I doubt atlanta will take conley that early though.. which could lead to them trading and hoping to get law later on.

I personally think it would be smarter for Atlanta to take Conley at 3. Although that might be different now that Hibbert is likely out of the draft. They don't really need a PF, since they already got Shelden and Zaza who are typical PF's and Josh Smith gets time at PF. The only players at 3 will be PF's, but later on in the lottery you will have Hawes and Hibbert(maybe). I'd rather have Conley and Hawes/Hibbert then Wright/Horford(who aren't exactly a need) and Acie Law.

I agree with the first two but I can't see the Hawks picking Jianlian or trading the pick. They desperately need a point guard and I think they're regretting missing out on Deron Williams and Chris Paul two years ago. They won't make that mistake again, even if Conley at three seems like a reach. I see them taking Conley and then using their eleventh pick on Al Thornton or another big like Noah if he falls. A front court duo of Joakim Noah and Shelden Williams looks pretty good defensively. Also that seems a little high for Splitter. I can't see him going before Noah.

Many of the mock drafts i've seen by the so called "experts" have jianlian going third..but its hard to say..because hawks have good players and potential in every position except for point guard. Yes conley is great but picking him at number 3 in one of the most hyped drafts ever?? ehh I think hawks first priority is to trade this pick for some veteran and good role players and just hope to get conley down on or law. This will be a very exciting draft after the number 2 pick.

btw loving that kate picture..damn i need a new avatar now that i think about

That's true, it's really hard to call because the Hawks have always went for the best player available and Conley is a reach. It'll be interesting to see if they package the pick and one of their 20 small forwards for a veteran like you said.

And yeah, I loved the picture so I had to make it an avatar. [IMG]

I'll hook you up with a new one if you want one. Just PM the details.

He withdrew out of the draft and will play his senior season at Georgetown.

Found this tidbit from Chad Ford's Blog.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Ditto for Florida point guard Taurean Green, who was widely credited as the best player at the camp.</div>

Taurean Green is now on the bubble for cracking the 1st round of the draft. Phoenix is trying to sell their late 1st round picks, Orlando might want to consider drafting Green to play PG next season. He already knows Donovan's system, he's unselfish with the basketball, and having out there will be like having another coach on the court to direct the traffic.

I think the Magic might try to draft him even without Donovan.

Well, Green is also undersized. A bunch of undersized PGs aren't exactly good.
